Course Outline

Session 1 — Coming Home to Your Body

We begin by removing blame and urgency.
You'll understand why weight changes in menopause and start rebuilding trust with your body instead of fighting it.

This is where many women realise they're not broken — they're adapting.


Session 2 — Releasing Outdated Rules

We gently identify the food, weight and body rules you've been living by — often unconsciously — and update them for the body you have now.

You'll stop obeying rules that no longer serve you.


Session 3 — Blood Sugar & Stability

Cravings, energy crashes and emotional eating aren't willpower issues — they're feedback.

This session helps you stabilise energy and appetite through simple, personalised nourishment that supports menopausal metabolism without obsession.


Session 4 — Stress, Cortisol & Emotional Load

Chronic stress tells the body to hold on.

We look at the emotional and mental load you're carrying — often invisibly — and begin reducing what your body has been holding for years.

This is where many women notice their body softening for the first time.

Session 5 — Movement That Works Now

More exercise isn't always better in menopause.

You'll learn how to move in ways that support muscle, hormones and your nervous system — without punishment or burnout — and rebuild a respectful relationship with movement.


Session 6 — Emotional Eating as Communication

Food is often doing an important job.

Instead of trying to stop emotional eating, we listen to what it's communicating and meet those needs more directly — without shame.

This is where the inner war ends.


Session 7 — Body Image, Grief & Identity

Midlife often brings grief for the body you once had — and fear about who you're becoming.

This session gently releases comparison, repairs body image and helps you step into a new, grounded sense of self-worth.


Session 8 — The Sustainable Reset

We bring everything together into a calm, realistic way forward.

You'll leave with:

  • Early warning signs (before burnout or control kicks in)
