Sessions

  • Each session is designed to meet your unique needs. During our initial consultation, I'll get to know where you're at on your menopause journey, what you hope to gain from these sessions, and we'll also discuss your values and goals. These insights will help us set clear actions when we start coaching.
  • From then on it all depends on the individual but since I specialise in Menopause people want to know more about the this, to understand the stages, common and uncommon symptoms, the impact of hormonal changes on overall health, and effective strategies for managing the challenges associated with menopause. I also provide information on Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT), as well as lifestyle changes that can help manage symptoms, whether or not HRT is used.
  • The remainder of the sessions are when we get to the coaching and we address individual challenges and goals. Some might be nutrition, some exercise, some are emotional, relationship, stress or work related - its really dependant on whats the most pressing concern for you at this moment in time. Together, in a safe space, we develop actionable strategies and explore long term lifestyle changes tailored to your needs to ensure you feel supported, motivated and empowered before, during and out the other side of the menopause.
